Hi, I’m Ashley.

Family portrait with six people, two dogs on rural path, sunny background.

I am a Berkshire-based artist and educator specializing in outdoor family and portrait photography. I have over 15 years of experience photographing weddings, events, and families around the world.

I take photographs to more easily remember the beauty and magic of a moment; to represent a feeling that might stir the physical remembering.

I want to photograph you and your loved ones exactly as they are. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can show up authentically and honestly and I can reflect back the beauty of being wholly oneself.

When I’m not behind a camera, I likely have knitting needles in hand or am corralling my lively household of four children and two dogs. My personal art practice meditates on parenthood and grief and the interconnected worlds of both.

I have a BA in Art from Williams College and a MA in Curatorial Practices and the Public Sphere from the University of Southern California. I live and work in Williamstown, Massachusetts (but I am always happy to travel!). Be in touch!
